DID YOU KNOW?
Do you really want a sandwich?
Two slices of whole grain bread will convert into more sugar
than most candy bars...
By the time we add the items on the sandwich our sugar intake
can be way to high.
If you're still having a sandwich for lunch you might want to rethink and lose the bread or look for breads made out of non-grain options like, almond, coconut, or flax. (Just to name a few)
These types of breads are also all "gluten free". Gluten is the protein found in wheat and other grains. Gluten can cause inflammatory reactions and many chronic health issues.
We tend to get in a rut and stick to the same foods day after day. Eating a sandwich for lunch is just what we do right? Let's not be afraid to try something new and much healthier.

Easy to follow Bread's by Anna recipe with video
Every Symptom is like a tornado warning siren...
If you remove the siren,
it
doesn't protect you
from the
tornado!
Patients tend to ignore symptoms or take medications to cover them up.
We want to get to the root of the symptom!
It could be as simple as the food your eating!
What we eat is a huge part of our overall health. Doctors tend to underdiagnose problems related to diet and nutrition.
Bread's by Anna
is one of our favorite brands!
